1 Use License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform.
You agree not to:
- Modify or copy the source code
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer
- Remove any copyright notices
2 Content & AI Ownership
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the scripts, audio, and storyboards you generate.
AI Disclaimer: SonicScript Elite uses advanced AI models. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing generated content.
License to us: You grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating content.
3 Prohibited Use & Ad Policies
You agree not to misuse our services. Specifically, it is prohibited:
- Invalid Ad Interactions: You must not use bots or automated tools.
- Content Violations: You must not generate illegal or hateful content.
- Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to reverse engineer our API.
4 Limitation of Liability
The materials are provided 'as is'. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI outputs.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach the Terms.
